What is TruthAnchor?

What is TruthAnchor? It’s my response to what I see happening all around me. The world seems to be getting more confusing, and people are confronted with multiple viewpoints on practically every topic you can think of. Often these viewpoints are in direct contradiction to each other! Which opinion is correct? God’s opinion is correct, of course, each and every time. TruthAnchor offers up biblically-based commentary, insight, and answers to the questions and complexity we encounter.

What is TruthAnchor? Simply put, I apply the principles found in the Word of God to life. Whether it’s science, society, law, relationships or anything else, God has given clear direction in how we should think and respond. By searching out and applying His truth (as found in the Bible), we establish an anchor for our souls in the middle of turbulent times (Hebrews 6:19-20).

What is TruthAnchor? It’s more than just a blog! I like to think of it as a clearinghouse of Christian thought and ideas which can bring clarity to confusion. The world around us is changing all the time, so there are changes coming to TruthAnchor to be sure I stay current! Updates are in the works for the website including a calendar of upcoming events, a monthly newsletter, a shop for TruthAnchor items, an expansion of contributing authors, and more.

My recently published book, The Second Mile: God’s Love In Action, continues to do well in sales, and I am in the process of arranging speaking engagements and book signings. These upcoming events will be available on the calendar. I have also started working on another book and will keep you up to date as that work progresses.

With all the changes and challenges we face every day, it’s crucial that we refocus our thoughts on the only thing that is stable, secure and unchanging – God’s Word! Thank you for your continued interest in TruthAnchor. May God bless you as you seek Him in sincerity and truth.
